TERMS OF SERVICE

What this service is

Outbid Snake is a public leaderboard of products. Listings are ordered by one rule and one rule only: total dollars committed. The highest total takes the head of the snake, the next takes the cell behind it, and so on. There is no editorial judgement, no vote and no ranking signal other than money. The mechanics are set out in full on the Rules page, which forms part of these terms.

You are buying a position, not an endorsement. A listing is paid placement. We do not review, test, endorse or vouch for anything on the board, and appearing on it says nothing about quality.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you are listing on behalf of a company you confirm you are authorised to do so and to bind it to these terms.

What you may submit

You must own the product you list, or be authorised to promote it, and you must have the right to use the name and description you provide. You may not submit:

• anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• malware, phishing, deceptive downloads or any destination that harms the person who visits it;
• sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, or content that harasses a person;
• chat and direct-message invitations — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar are rejected automatically;
• a destination that differs materially from what you described, or a link that redirects somewhere else after listing.

We may remove any listing that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice. Removal for a breach is not refunded.

Payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at the point of payment. A new listing starts at $5 and a raise on an existing listing starts at $1, in whole USD dollars, up to $999,999 per transaction. Payments are one-off. There is no subscription and nothing recurring — we cannot charge you again without you choosing to bid again.

Payment is taken by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They are the seller for the transaction, they handle any tax due, and their name may be what appears on your statement.

Your listing goes live once payment clears. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What a position does and does not guarantee

A bid buys you the position that amount is worth at that moment. Positions are not permanent and are not exclusive. Anyone may outbid you at any time, and when they do you move down. That is the entire point of the board, and it is not a fault, a failure of the service, or grounds for a refund.

We do not promise any level of traffic, clicks, sign-ups, revenue or visibility. Click counts shown on the board are our own measurements, offered in good faith, and are not audited.

Availability

We try to keep the board up but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue the service permanently we will say so on the site.

Intellectual property

You keep every right you already have in your name, logo and description. By listing, you grant us permission to display them on the board and in related pages for as long as your listing is published. Everything else on the site — the design, the code and the game — remains ours.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for the products listed on the board or for anything that happens on the sites they link to.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You may ask us to remove your listing at any time by writing to hiddenquizapp@gmail.com. Removal at your own request does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. We may suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
