What to include

We can almost always resolve a problem on the first reply if you send:

• the URL or handle of the listing;
• the approximate date and amount of the payment;
• the reference from your payment receipt, if it is about money;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Refunds and billing

Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy first — it says exactly which situations we refund. Then email us; you do not need to fill in a form.

Takedowns and complaints

If a listing infringes your rights, is unlawful, or points somewhere harmful, email us with the listing URL and a short description of the problem. We remove listings that breach the Terms of Service, and we act faster on anything that puts visitors at risk.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, export or delete your data, email the same address and say what you want. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we hold it.
